Non-Silicon Blue Light Deepening Agent 6221G is a special polymer emulsion designed for ultra-deep black finishing of synthetic fiber fabrics after printing or dyeing. It performs exceptionally well on polyester fabrics, microfibers, and Arabian black finishing. When used during heat setting, it significantly enhances color depth by over 30%.
It is suitable for post-processing of cotton fabrics in reactive black, sulfur black, and pigment printing or dyeing to increase color depth, and it is effective for other colors as well. It contains no silicone oil, so it does not cause fabric slipping or affect tear strength.
Noted:
Dosage should be determined based on fabric type and desired depth enhancement. For optimal deepening effect and bath stability, maintain the processing bath pH around 5.0-5.5. Variations in pH may affect deepening results.Avoid simultaneous use with other processing aids. If mixing is necessary, conduct thorough compatibility tests beforehand to confirm solubility, deepening effect, and color fastness. Maintain consistent processing conditions (especially pH, curing temperature, and time).
