The non-silicone depth enhancer PUR-6204A is a non-ionic aqueous polyurethane compound. It is primarily used for post-processing of cotton fabric printing or dyeing to achieve ultra-black finishing. The fabric has a hydrophilicity of 1-3 seconds and does not affect the hand feel. It can significantly increase the color depth by 30%, overcoming color differences and ensuring a uniform hue with the same color effect. The fabric’s hand feel is not affected and is even better than similar water-based resins available in the market, without becoming stiff.
It is suitable for post-processing of cotton fabrics in reactive black, sulfur black, and pigment printing or dyeing to increase color depth, and it is effective for other colors as well. It contains no silicone oil, so it does not cause fabric slipping or affect tear strength.
Noted:
The non-silicone depth enhancer FREETEX-6204A has a density smaller than that of water. It should be mixed and used immediately after preparation. If separation occurs after standing, simply stir it again to achieve uniformity, and it will not affect the product's performance.
